Our Story

Research & Development
January 2017

After the company was founded in August 2016, having successfully formulated new high-temperature carbon ink operable in AC or DC for electric heating, our founder took the company operational in January 2017 as it entered the Design for X (DfX) stage of product development accross various application areas.

HEAT ROLL™ (1st Patent Filing)
October 2017

After 6 months of materials and prototype develpoment, Acquire™ filed it's 1st provisional patent for a planar heating apparatus covering multiple embodiments including electrical grounding construction requirements integrating printed carbon inks, fabrics, and coatings for electical heating.

HEAT ROLL™ SX-Series (Flagship) 
February 2018

Having successfully converted/laminated our printed carbon ink heater elements with electrical grounding and anti-skid surface treads, our flagship product HEAT ROLL™ SX-Series (Snowmelt with High-traction Safety Tread) was put to the test for the City of Vaughan, Canada, reducing salt and carbon emissions from snow removal activities - melting over 2 in. of snow per hour.

POWER ROLL™ (2nd Patent Filing)
March 2018

With the discovery of a legacy NASA technology used for electrical wiring since the 1970s, Acquire™ became the first to claim a new electrical wiring an bus bar system for connecting planar and flexible sheet-type appliances to Flat Conductor Cable (FCC) with new power distrubution and suplementary control systems to optimize load, storage and generation.
